Ronald W. Wadle, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.

Dr. Wadle brings his patients over 25 years of surgical experience. He is well recognized for his exceptional surgical skills and professional contribution to the field of urology.

Dr. Wadle is a graduate of the Kansas City College of Osteopathy. Dr. Wadle has served as both President and Chairman of the Section of Urology of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Association of Clinical Urologists and the Michigan Branch of the American Urologic Association.

His practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract problems, impotency, prostate problems, incontinence, urologic cancer, vasectomies, and the reversal of vasectomies. Dr. Wadle is board certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS) .

Dr. Wadle has lectured nationally and has published numerous articles. He is assistant clinical professor of osteopathic medicine at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is very involved in the training of interns and residents. His achievements have been acknowledged by awards from the Kansas City College of Osteopathy and the Urology Section of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.

Dr. Wadle is on the Medical Staff at Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center, St. John Hospital Oakland Center, Henry Ford Macomb Hospital - Warren Campus, Botsford General Hospital, St. John Hospital Macomb Center, St. John Providence Park, and Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. Steven J. Roth, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.

Dr. Roth completed his undergraduate work at Wayne State University and concluded his medical studies at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a prominent lecturer at professional conferences and is published in the professional literature.

Dr. Roth is certified by the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS) . He is a Clinical Professor of Urology at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Roth is an associate member of the American Urologic Association, North Central Section.

Dr. Roth is well known for his thorough evaluations and excellent surgical skills. Some of the services offered are evaluation of impotence, urinary incontinence, urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and prostate problems . Dr. Roth spends the time necessary to answer all patient questions and to minimize worry. He is particularly aware of the physical and psychological needs of older adults.

Dr. Roth maintains staff membership at numerous Detroit Metro area Hospitals including Botsford General, St. John Hospital Oakland Center, Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center, and St. John Hospital Macomb Center.

 
John R. Lanesky, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.

Dr. John R. Lanesky was the first Osteopathic Physician to obtain full practice rights in the State of Louisiana. From that beginning, he has continued to excel in caring for his patients.

Dr. Lanesky was born and raised here in Michigan. He graduated from Western Michigan University in 1967 and then obtained his medical degree from the Des Moines College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1971. He did his internship & general surgical training in the United States Public Health Service, finishing his training in urology at Martin Place Hospital here in Michigan.

He is certified by the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS) . He is also a member of the American Urological Association. Dr. Lanesky is a past chairman of the urology discipline of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He maintains staff membership at Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center, St. John Hospital Oakland Center, Henry Ford Macomb Hospital - Warren Campus, Botsford General Hospital, St. John Providence Park, and Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. He is an assistant clinical professor of urology at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Lanesky has received many awards and honors and has published numerous articles in various journals including Urology and The Journal of Urology . He has special interests in the evaluation and treatment of impotence, the prevention and treatment of kidney stones , and the diagnosis and prevention of urologic disease in general. Dr. Lanesky says, "Our urologic team treats the whole person with a focus on their urologic needs and quality of life. I believe that if a patient receives counseling, education, and good communication from myself and my staff, they will be able to make good health care decisions." He is anxious to help patients with their urologic needs.

 
Albert A. DePolo, Jr., D.O., F.A.C.O.S., F.I.C.S. & M.H.P.E.

Hi, I'm Dr. DePolo. I am not a native Michigander, having been raised in Pennsylvania. I attended the Penn State University for my undergraduate education and then attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, receiving my medical degree. I did my surgical training in Pennsylvania then completed my urologic residency here in Michigan at the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital training program. My interests are in general adult urology with a special interest in prostate cancer .

I am certified by the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and am a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS). My academic staff appointments include professor of urology at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine where I also chair the Resident Training Consortium Executive Committee. I am a faculty member at Oakland University. I am the program director for the urology residency training and am chief of urology at Oakland General Hospital. I also belong to numerous other local, state, and national organizations including the American Urologic Association. I am on the Medical Staff at Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center, St. John Hospital Oakland Center, Henry Ford Macomb Hospital - Warren Campus, Botsford General Hospital, St. John Hospital Macomb Center, St. John Providence Park and Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. I participate with most of the managed care organizations in Southeast Michigan including HAP and Blue Care Network.

Jon F. Suleskey, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.

Jon F. Suleskey, D.O. received his D.O. degree from the University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1988. He completed his internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, Atlantic City, New Jersey and General Surgical training at Mercy Catholic Medical Center- Fitzgerald/Misericordia Hospitals in Pennsylvania. He completed his training in urology at Oakland General Hospital and Consortium Residency and was chief urology resident.

Dr. Suleskey is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS).

Dr. Suleskey has received several awards including the National Resident Achievement Award from the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons in 1994 and several urologic discipline awards for research. He is a member of the Michigan Urologic Society and the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, in addition to other state and local professional organizations. He is currently the Chief of Urology and the Urology Residency Program Director at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. He is a past Chairman of the ACOS Urologic Discipline.

Dr. Suleskey practices general urology with special interests in urologic oncology, incontinence and kidney stone disease. He has been trained in Robotic Surgery and started the Robotic Program with Dr. Reaume, also of Tri-County Urologists, at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. His staff appointments include St. John Hospital Oakland Center, Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center, Botsford General Hospital, Henry Ford Macomb Hospital -- Warren Campus, St. John Hospital Macomb Center and St. John Providence Park.

 
Darryl R. Reaume, D.O., F.A.C.O.S., F.I.C.S

Dr. Reaume is a lifetime resident of the Great Lakes State. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Health at Oakland University with a specialization in Toxic Substances Control. Dr. Reaume graduated from Michigan State University --College of Osteopathic Medicine where he earned the Doctor of Osteopathy degree.

After a general rotating internship and a residency in General Surgery at Oakland General Hospital, he became the first graduate of the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine COGMET Consortium. Dr. Reaume remains actively involved in the training of residents and is Chief of Urology at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital -- Warren Campus.

Professional interests include laparoscopic/minimally invasive surgery, urological oncology, female urology, impotence, Prostiva therapy for BPH, and neuromodulation. Dr. Reaume is Board Certified by, and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS). Other honors include Fellow of the International College of Surgeons, Member of the Great Lakes Cancer Network and Member of the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.

Jeffrey Schock, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.

Dr. Schock received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey in 1994. He completed his internship and preliminary general surgical training at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Dr. Schock completed his residency in Urologic surgery at the Kennedy Health Systems - University Medical Center in southern New Jersey . In addition to serving as chief urology resident during his training, Dr. Schock received the National Resident Achievement Award from the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.

Dr. Schock brings to his patients an expertise in all areas of general urologic care with special interests in: female urology/ pelvic pain, male & female urinary incontinence including “bladder pacemakers”, cancer, minimally invasive office procedures, prostate disorders and male sexual disorders including penile implant surgery.

Dr. Schock is board certified in Urological surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS). He serves as Vice Chairman of Urology at Botsford Hospital, and is Clinical Assistant Professor in Surgery at Michigan State University. Dr. Schock’s hospital staff appointments include Botsford Hospital, Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center, St. John Hospital Oakland Center, Henry Ford Macomb Hospital – Warren Campus, St. John Hospital Macomb Center and St. John Providence Park.

Dr. Schock participates in most Michigan insurance plans and also offers services in the Hebrew language. He is currently accepting new patients.

 
Gregory V. McIntosh, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.

Gregory V. Mcintosh, D.O. received his D. O. degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, in 1992. Dr. McIntosh completed his internship at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital and Bi-County Community Hospital in Warren, Michigan . He received his training in general surgery and completed his residency in urology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – School of Osteopathic Medicine at the Kennedy Memorial Hospital/University Medical Center.

Dr. McIntosh is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS) . He brings to Tri-County Urologists his extensive experience gained from private practices in Florida and Texas . He provides his patients expertise in numerous areas of general urologic care with special interests in oncology, pediatrics and laproscopic urology. Dr. McIntosh participates in most Michigan health insurance plans and is currently accepting new patients.

Dr. McIntosh provides both medical and surgical urologic care. His hospital staff appointments include Mt. Dr. McIntosh has received several honors, among which is a nomination for outstanding academic achievement and service from the National Honorary Osteopathic Society and he is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Osteopathic Association. His publications include Endoscopic Management of Ureteropelvic Junction Obstructions and Ureteral Strictures for which he won the Urological Clinical Scientific Award at the annual assembly of the Amereican College of Osteopathic Surgeons in 1997.

 
Michael S. Hoff, D.O.

In joining Tri-County Urologists, Dr. Hoff has fulfilled his career objective to join a team-oriented practice where he can pursue his interests in general urology with special emphasis on laparoscopic and endourologic surgery .

Michael S. Hoff, D.O. received his D. O. degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Services, Des Moines, Iowa, in 1998. Dr. Hoff completed his internship at the Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He received his training in general surgery at the Bi-County Community Hospital, Warren, Michigan and completed his residency in urological surgery at Michigan State University – Urology Consortium where he was chief resident.

Dr. Hoff provides both medical and surgical urologic care and is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. His hospital staff appointments include Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center, St. John Hospital Oakland Center, St. John Hospital Macomb Center, Botsford General Hospital, Henry Ford Macomb Hospital - Warren Campus, and St. John Providence Park. Dr. Hoff has published extensively in the area of oncology and has received awards from the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons for both presentations and papers. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. Dr. Hoff’s community service activities include participation in regular prostate screenings held at various organizations and the hospitals indicated above.

 
Amy L. Brode, D.O.

Dr. Brode joined Tri-County Urologists in August 2006, further enhancing our ability to provide leading edge healthcare services to the southeastern Michigan community. Dr. Brode is board certified and practices General Urology with a special interest in Female Urology, treating patients from our offices throughout the Wayne, Oakland and Macomb county area.

Dr. Brode is an associate clinical instructor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine as well as a member of the Society for Women in Urology, the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association and the Michigan Osteopathic Association.

Receiving her medical education from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Brode performed her internship at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She completed her Urology residency through the Michigan State University Urology Consortium where she held the position of Chief Resident of Urologic Surgery.
