Kristen Dziadula, P.A.-C.

Kristen Dziadula, P.A.-C., received her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan with a major in Biomedical Sciences and Chemistry. In 2002, she received her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, and attained her professional certification soon thereafter. Mrs. Dziadula joined Tri-County Urologists in June, 2002, to provide urologic medical and surgical care to our patients.

Mrs. Dziadula brings a clinical background to our practice encompassing extensive phlebotomy skills, genative care and home care. In addittion she also has comprehensive experience in urological surgical procedures. She maintains professional affiliations with the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants.

 
Jean Gash, M.S.N., A.P.R.N., B.C.

Jean Gash is a board certified nurse practitioner who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998 and Teaching Certificate in Nursing Education in 2002, both degrees from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Also in 2002, she received her Master of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University with a specialization in adult primary care. Currently, she is completing her Doctorate in Philosophy with a specialization in psychology, urban health, spirituality and health outcomes.

As an advanced practice registered nurse, Ms. Gash brings a wide range of health care experience to the patients of Tri-County Urologists in the general practice of medicine as well as the field of gerontology. She serves on the Leadership and Endowment Committee of the Institute of Gerontology at the Wayne State University.

Ms. Gash has led several research projects, including Validation of a Functional Performance Measure for Urban Elders funded by the Wayne State University and has received academic honors from the Golden Key National Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She holds memberships in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners, Midwest Nursing Research Society and Gerontology Nurse Practitioners.

 
Oktavijan Mikleus, R.N., M.S.N., B.C.

Oktavijan Mikleus joined Tri-County Urologists in March 2006, bringing an international background to us in general medicine, further enhanced by additional training in the United States. Mr. Mikleus received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Wayne State University College of Nursing in Detroit, Michigan in 2002 following in 2005 with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from the same institution.

As a board certified Nurse Practitioner, Mr. Mikleus brings health care experience to the patients of Tri-County Urologists in the general practice of medicine as well as in the area of adult primary care. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners. Whether practicing in our offices throughout Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties or bringing urologic healthcare provider services to a variety of nursing homes in southeastern Michigan, Mr. Mikleus offers the additional benefit to our patients of being fluent in English, Romanian and several languages spoken in the former Republic of Yugoslavia - Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian and Montenegrin.
